12 Francis Street, Westminster

We’ve recently completed this exciting project at 12 Francis Street, Westminster which consisted of stunning office space and showroom for Fiona Barrett’s companies FBI and FBC London.

We were very involved with the project from “ground level stage” where all electrical design was carried out by GA Electrical and Mechanical “In house”. The project included all small power, lighting, data installation, fire and Intruder Alarm systems, Sonos sound system with high spec recessed ceiling speakers and Mains Distribution. Within the showroom we fitted lighting from celebrated lighting designers such as, Christopher Boots, Lindsey Adelman and Gabriel Scott.

In what was a very high end specification, we worked alongside Grangewood Builders to achieve what can only be described as an incredible finished product, in which both we and the client are very pleased with.
