Ripon College Chapel
Ripon College enables the development of the church’s ministry, from ordination training, providing programmes for senior leaders of the Church of England to hosting conferences and retreats.
The college is set in beautiful historic buildings, however the ever increasing population of students has created a distinct lack of space, restricting the accommodation and study areas that the college is able to provide to its students.
In order to meet the needs of the students, both residential and non-residential, Ripon College decided to extend the living, worship and study space; creating the new education centre named Harriet Monsell House, and a new chapel – Edward King Chapel.
Working with Beard Construction of Oxford, GA Electrical were delighted to take on the installation works at the Edward King Chapel.
GA Electrical have worked to a very high specification and added our touch within the design. Along with the consultant, main contractor and architect, we sat through many meetings discussing their ideas and expectations and bringing in our vast knowledge of installations and understanding of their requirements to develop this stunning chapel.
